Analysis the Present Situation and the Dilemma of Sports Master Based on Principles of Market-oriented Economy

立足于竞争机制、等价交换、量变到质变、通货膨胀的市场经济原理,运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、电话访问法,对当今体育硕士就业率低于本科就业率、含金量下降、文凭贬值、就业区域较为集中等发展现状进行分析,得出市场竞争机制导致学校盲目招生,量变到质变造成体育硕士文凭含金量下降,不等价交换使得就业区域较为集中。

Based on such principles of market-oriented economy as competitive mechanism,exchange of equal values,change between quantitative and qualitative,and inflation,through methods of literature material,logic analysis,and telephoning,this analyzes the present situation of lower employment rate of sports masters than that of undergraduates,declined content and devaluation of diploma, concentrated area of employment and concludes that the market competition mechanism has lead to the blind recruitment of students, that the quantitative change to qualitative change makes the decrease of diploma content,and inequitable exchange makes employment area relatively concentrated.
