摘要
通过问卷调查法、实验法、数量分析法、文献研究法、观察法等研究方法,针对在大学公共体育课的准备活动中常见的慢跑形式、徒手操形式、领操热身形式、游戏1形式和游戏2形式分别进行实验。利用心率表、秒表等测量工具,通过对学生的运动强度、学习情况、学习效果和运动特点的综合研究,以及对学生的问卷调查结果进行统计分析。发现热身操更受学生的喜爱,也更具科学性。
Through questionnaires,experimental method,quantitative analysis,literature research,observation and other research
methods,experiments are conducted on common forms of jogging,standing exercises,warm-up collar parade,game 1 and game 2 for
preparatory activities in college public physical education classes. The use of heart rate,stopwatch and other measurement tools,
through comprehensive study of students’movement strength,learning effect,and movement characteristics,as well as analysis of
questionnaire results,it is found that warm-up exercises are more loved by students and more scientific.
