摘要
该研究在感知功能性和情感性价值理论的基础上,通过构建结构方程模型,并选取以粤东地区高校图书馆读者为主要样本进行实证分析,结果表明:环境设施、馆藏资源、服务情感分别作为图书馆核心功能价值、情感价值对读者产生积极的影响,而服务魅力则直接通过满意的中介效用影响读者意愿。因此,图书馆在集中资源建设其核心功能价值的基础上,通过完善馆员服务内容、增强服务的人文魅力关怀,能有效地提升读者满意度并促进图书馆的资源利用。
Based on the perspective of functional value and emotional value,this paper proposes a model and a questionnaire on mea-suring the reader's satisfaction and intention in universities. Promotion strategies are concluded by empirical studies which selected the observing samples from libraries in the eastern part of Guangdong province. Results show that the environment and facilities,reading resources and service feelings affect intentions in a significant way via the mediating effect of perceived value and satisfaction,while service fascination has positive effect on intention directly through satisfaction.
