电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定水产品中多种重金属的残留量 被引量:5

Determination about Multiple Heavy Metal Residues in Aquatic Products by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

摘要 探讨了消解条件、电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)的仪器条件及影响测定的因素.将匀浆后的水产品,采用微波消解仪进行消解.消解后的样品用ICP-MS混合模式测定水产品中的砷、汞、铅、镉、铬、镍、铜、锌、钴和铊等10种金属元素,用标准加入法进行定量分析.结果表明:10种元素检出限分别在0.012~0.75μg/L之间,线性关系良好,相关线性系数r≥0.9992;不同元素的添加回收率为93.7%~102.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.6%~5.1%.该方法样品前处理简单快速、分析时间短、准确度和精密度高,适用于批量水产品中多元素的测定. The microwave digestion conditions,instrumental conditions of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)and the factors affecting the determination were discussed.The homogenized aquatic products were digested by microwave digestion device.After digested by microwave digestion 10 metal elements of arsenic,mercury,lead,cadmium,chromium,nickel,copper,zinc,cobalt and thallium in the sample were analyzed by mixed mode,and quantified by standard addition method.The results showed that the detection limits of the 10 elements were between 0.012 and 0.75μg/L,and the linear correlation coefficient were not less than0.9992.The recovery of different elements was 93.7%~102.0%,with the relative standard deviation(RSDs)of 0.6%~5.1%.The method was simple,rapid,high in accuracy and precision,and was suitable for determination of multi-elements in aquatic products simultaneously.
