meso-四(3,4-二甲氧基苯基)卟啉的合成及其与镉Ⅱ的显色反应研究

Study on the synthesis of meso-tetrakis(3,4-dimethoxy phenyl)porphyrin and its color reaction with cadmiumⅡ

报道了显色剂meso 四 (3 ,4 二甲氧基苯基 )卟啉 [T(3 ,4 DMOP)P]的合成及其与镉 的显色反应的条件及应用。结果表明 ,在Tween 80、酒石酸钾钠、8 羟基喹啉及pH10 4的硼砂 氢氧化钠介质中 ,Cd 与T(3 ,4 DMOP)P经沸水浴加热5min即络合完全 ,在 44 0nm处有最大吸收 ,Cd 含量在 0～ 7μg/ 2 5mL内呈线性关系 ,表观摩尔吸光系数ε4 40 =2 2 4× 10 5,显色体系的选择性及灵敏度均理想 ,可用于啤酒、松花蛋中痕量Cd 的测定。
