摘要 采用shim-packCLC-ODS柱(5μm,250mm×4 6mmI D ),乙腈:缓冲溶液(每升含0 7g1 庚磺酸钠,2 0mL冰乙酸)=3 5:6 5(v/v)为流动相,检测波长为233nm,流速为1mL/min,在5~100mg/L浓度范围内,在反相HPLC中,对氯苯肼盐酸盐的峰面积与浓度之间线性关系良好(r=0 9999),RSD为0 52%,方法简便、准确,结果满意。这为工业化生产中动态跟踪产品质量提供了一个快速有效的检测方法。 The RP-HPLC determination of p-chlorophenylhydrazine hydrochloride(CPH) was carried out by using shim-pack CLC-ODS column (5μm,250mm×46mm ID)The medium of acetonitrile and buffer (07g sodium 1heptanesulfonate,20mL glacial acetic acid in 1000mL of water)mixed in a ratio of 3:7(v/v) was as mobile phaseThe flow rater was 10mL/minThe detection wavelength was 233nmA good linearity was obtained in the concentration range of 5-100mg/L for CPHThe regressive equation was Y=4232492X-3155906,r=09999 The method has been used to determine CPH in samples with satisfactory results
