本文根据中外学者论及关于罗布泊迁移问题的见解.提出作者不同看法.证实罗布泊确有迁移不定现象.说明罗布泊迁移是自然现象.以自然规律解释自然现象.论证这决不是地理环境决定论的影响.罗布泊是在本身范围内的移动变化.

In the study entitled' On the Diveersion of Luo Bu Lake' put forward by some Chinese and foreign specialists,This paper has different opinion for further research. It shows that the diversion of Luo Bu Lake can only be demonstrated dy natural factors-the natural property of watershed and the natural regularity of the diversion of rivers. One shouldexplain the phenomenon of nature by means of the natural regularity,Luo Bu Lake diverts in its own area.
