摘要
铸造行业广泛采用混砂机来制造树脂自硬砂用于造型或制芯.由于铸造环境恶劣,在设备电器选型和改造时,必须避免因外围抗干扰措施不利而使可编程控制器控制系统的可靠性降低,同时通过编制合理完善的程序来保证设备功能的完备性和运行的可靠性.本文的技术方案是根据设备参数选用可编程控制器对混砂机进行技术改造,优化混砂机的电气控制系统,设备实现了4年零故障运行,取得了很好的经济效益.
The mixer is widely used to manufacture the resin-bonded sand for the molding or core making in the foundry industry.Due to the harsh foundry environment,when considering about the selection and renovation of the electrical equipment,we need a high quality environment to avoid the reliability reduction of PLC control system.This paper studies on the optimized mixer electrical control system,which has created the record of zero faults during the four-year operation,and achieved a high economic efficiency.
