地县调控一体化模式下调控员仿真培训系统的建设及其应用

Construction and Application of the Grid Dispatch-Controller Training Simulator for City-County Electric Power Dispatching and Control Integration System

通过分析调控一体化模式下仿真培训不同于传统调度员仿真培训的需求变化,提出了调控员仿真培训的概念,并介绍了调控员仿真系统建设方法,论述了有效应用此调控仿真系统提高调控员培训效果的具体方法.

The grid dispatcher simulation training system under dispatching and controlling integration mode is different from the traditional ones.By analyzing the changed demand,this paper describes the concept of the Dispatch-Controller Training Simulator(DCTS)system and proposes a new method of system construction based of the concept.The application result shows that the mentioned system construction method is efficient and can greatly improve the dispatch-controller training effect.
