摘要
以Halbach型外转子永磁同步电机为例,研究一种预测电机温升的新方法.在分析Halbach电机结构的基础上,基于流体力学与传热学原理,建立Halbach电机电磁场、温度场和流体场等多物理场模型,并对Halbach电机的热流体进行了有限元仿真研究.仿真结果验证了Halbach电机热流体场模型的合理正确性以及分析电机温升方法的有效性,为电机本体的热设计提供了依据.
A new method to predict the temperature rise of a Halbach external rotor permanent mag-net synchronous motor (PMSM)is studied.Based on the analysis of the structure model of Halbach mo-tor,fluid mechanics and heat transfer theory,multi physics field,including electromagnetic field,tem-perature field and fluid field is established,and then the finite element simulation is studied.The simula-tion results verify the validity of the Halbach motor heat flux field model and the validity of the method of analyzing the temperature rise of the motor,which provides a basis for the thermal design of the mo-tor.
