摘要
在工科应用型专业开展中职师资培养是地方师范院校转变以文理科为主师范教育办学模式的一种有效尝试和路径探索,本文从分析现阶段国家及浙江省对中职师资教育的重视及师资紧缺性角度出发,重点就学校机械设计制造及其自动化专业目前在开展中职师资培养方面存在优势、不足以及可完善的有效路径等方面进行分析和探索,从而为学校进一步扩展中职师资培养提供参考。
To begin the teachers' training in majors related to engineering is an effective way to help local normal university to change its feature which is art and science discipline-centered.From the present state of the secondary vocational teacher education in Zhejiang Province,This paper give an analysis of the advantage,shortage and the way to improve the training of teachers in the major of mechanic design and mechanic manufacturing and automation so as to provide some reference for teachers' training in future teacher development.
