摘要
随着2011年《浙江省幼儿园等级评定标准》(试行)的颁布,对教师的专业提出了新的要求即幼儿教师应该是一位兼具理智与情感的观察者。教师的观察需发展理智思维:教师的价值判断是随意性观察演变为目的性观察的关键;教师发挥预见与导引的作用,实现由片段式观察走向线性观察的发展;多视角解读,全方位了解幼儿行为。教师的观察同样需要倾注教育情感,包括同情的善、平和从容的等待、以及兼容并包的爱。
The kindergarten level assessment standard in zhejiang province in 2011 requires teacher to be an intellectual and emotional observer.The value judgment is the key which transforms an arbitrary observation into a purpose observation.Teachers play a role of foresee and guidance to achieve the development of linear observation transformed from episodic observation so as to get a multi-dimensional and comprehensive understanding of children's behavior.Teachers need to observe with emotions including sympathy,easiness and love.
