湖州科技服务业发展现状及对策研究

Development Status and Countermeasure Research of S&T Service Industry in Huzhou

加快科技服务业发展,是提升湖州企业技术创新能力、研发与服务能力、科技成果转化能力的重要保障,是实现创新型城市建设与发展的核心标志,是全面实施创新驱动发展战略的必然选择。本项研究主要从发展环境水平、科技创新能力、科技服务能力等几个层面入手,针对政策环境、经济环境、生态环境、社会环境,科技服务业的主体规模、科技投入、科技产出等方面具体情况进行统计和调研,综合分析湖州科服务业发展现状,指出湖州科技服务业发展存在的问题、并对加快湖州市科技服务业发展路径与对策提出建议。

It is an important guarantee to promote the development of S&T service industry,in order to improve the technology innovation capability,R&D capability,service capability and transformation capability of S&T achievements of the enterprises in Huzhou.And it is also the key mark to achieve the construction and development of the innovative city,as well as the inevitable choice to comprehensively implement the strategy that innovation motivates development.The statistics and survey of this research were carried out from the level of environmental development,S&T innovation capability,S&T service capability and other aspects.It aims at the policy environment,economic environment,ecological environment,social environment,as well as the main scale,S&T input and output of S&T service industry and other aspects.It synthetically indicates the development status of S&T service industry in Huzhou.Several problems in S&T service industry are pointed out in it.Correspondingly,it presents some suggestions on the approaches and countermeasures to accelerate the development of S&T service industry in Huzhou.
