留置导尿管术是一种常用的侵入性临床治疗技术,其常见并发症是导尿管留置引起的导管相关性尿路感染,是医院院内感染的常见原因之一.抗生素涂层导尿管能够有效预防导管相关性尿路感染.从抗生素涂层导尿管的类型、预防导管相关性尿路感染能力以及临床应用三方面进行综述,比较氯霉素涂层导尿管、氨基糖苷类涂层导尿管、喹诺酮类涂层导尿管的制备、优缺点及应用,为临床使用抗生素涂层导尿管预防导管相关性尿路感染提供指导和依据.

The urethral catheter indwelling was a commonly used invasive treatment technology in clinic,with a complication of catheter associated urinary tract infections(CAUTI)caused by the indwelling urethral catheter,which was one of major cause of hospital acquired infection.The urethral catheter coated antibiotic was an effective measure of preventing from CAUTI.The review is to introduce the type,the ability to prevent from CAUTI,and the clinical use of the urethral catheter coated with antibiotics,to compare the production,merit and demerit,and application of three kinds of urethral catheter coated with chloramphenicol,aminoglycoside or quinolone.The paper maybe provide a clue for preventing against CAUTI by the urethral catheter coated with antibiotics.
