空间公平视角下黄土沟壑区县城社区公园布局研究——以延安市子长县为例

The Layout Planning of Community Park in the County of the Loess Gully Region from the Perspective of Spatial Fairness: A Case Study of Zichang County in Yan'an City

公园绿地作为城市公共资源,空间公平性是其布局的基本出发点。该文以社区公园为对象,针对现有布局方法无法支撑空间公平的局限性,充分考虑陕北黄土沟壑区县城建设用地极度紧张和公园绿地建设严重滞后的现实,以及用地形态、城市规模和居民对公园的使用习惯等方面的特征,借助GIS软件进行相关分析,通过"社区公园的适建用地整理、初步布点、公园服务区划分与布点比选、社区公园规模匹配与用地落实等步骤,实现社区公园与其服务人口在空间分布及规模上的匹配,最大限度地保障社区公园布局的空间公平性。

As the urban public resources, the spatial fairness of park is the basic starting point of its layout. Taking community parks as the object, aiming at the limitations of the existing layout methods that cannot support spatial fairness, we fully consider the reality that construction land is extremely tight and community park construction is seriously lagging behind the counties of the loess gully region of northern Shaanxi, we also take into account the features of land form, city size, residents habits of park use. With the proper accessibility planning methods and models,we establish the appropriate community park layout through the five-stage work, include 'suitable land readjustment for park community, community park preliminary distribution, community park service area demarcating location compare,the final location of community park, community park scale matching and land implement'. In order to realize the matching of community park and its service population in spatial distribution and scale,to ensure the spatial fairness of community park layout to the great extent.
