摘要
直升机旋翼共锥度的测量是在旋翼高速旋转动态下进行的 ,过去一直存在着测量难度大、测量精度差问题 ,利用CCD器件可以对直升机旋翼共锥度进行非接触测量。本文给出了测试系统的原理、软件及硬件配置 ,测量过程由微机控制实现对直升机旋翼共锥废的快速、精确、自动测量 ,并分析了该系统的精度。
Measuring helicopter airscrew common taper is difficult and poor accuracy when rotor is high speed spinning. CCD (Charge Coupled Device) can be used to do no contact measurement of helicopter rotor commontaper. The principle of the measuring system, software and hardware arrangement are given in the concrete.The whole measuring process is controlled by microcomputer. The quick accurate automatically measuring of helicopter rotor common taper is given. The system accuracy is analyzed.
