不同色泽食物对甜菜夜蛾幼虫体色影响的定量分析 被引量:1

Preliminary Quantitative Analysis of Influence of Different Color Foodstuffs to Body Color of Beet Armyworm

摘要 本实验应用色泽识别软件测量了同种植物不同色泽部位饲料条件下,甜菜夜蛾各龄幼虫不同体位体色电子照片的R(红)、G(绿)、B(蓝)和L(明度)4个色泽指标值,分析食料色泽变化对这些指标值的影响特点。结果表明,①不同颜色食料对体色中的红色成分、蓝色成分、明度、绿色指数4项指标影响为极显著(P≤0.01),而对绿色成分指标影响为显著(P≤0.05)。②饲喂白色食料的甜菜夜蛾幼虫,其体色要明显浅于取食有色食料的幼虫体色;③饲喂所有不同色泽白菜的甜菜夜蛾幼虫体色成分中,蓝色成分均明显少于红色和绿色成分;④饲喂白色食料的甜菜夜蛾幼虫体色成分中的蓝成分所占总成分的比率明显高于饲喂黄绿两种食料的蓝成分所占的比率。 The experimental application of color recognition software measured the 4 body color index values of R(red),G(green),B(blue)and L(lightness)of electronic photos of in different postures of the beet armyworm Spodoptera exigua Hiibner larvae in die condition of different color parts of the same species feed.And impact features of color changes of foodstuffs to the values of these indicators were analyzed.The results showed that,①the impact of different colors of food to the body color of red and blue components,lightness,green index 4 indicators was very significant(P≤0.01),while to the green component indexes was significant(P≤0.05);②the body color with white food feeding beet armyworm larvae was significandy lighter than the body color with colored food feeding larvae;③the blue component was significantly less red and green component in total body color of feeding all different color cabbage to beet armyworm;④and the ratio of the blue component of the total color components with white food feeding beet armyworm larvae are significantly higher than that with green and yellow food feeding beet armyworm larvae.
