应用颜色识别软件定量分析甜菜夜蛾幼虫不同体位间体色变化的特点

Quantitative Analysis of the Characteristics in Color Between Different Postural Changes of Beet Armyworm Larvae

摘要 通过室内饲养观察,借助颜色识别软件测量了相同饲料条件下,甜菜夜蛾各龄幼虫不同体长和不同体位电子照片的R(红)、G(绿)、B(蓝)和L(明度)4个体色指标值,并定量分析了甜菜夜蛾幼虫不同体长和不同体位体色变化的特点。结果表明,在同种食料和同种环境条件下甜菜夜蛾幼虫体色变化的总趋势在不同体长间的变化没有显著差异,而在不同体位间的变化则有显著差异。且不同体位间体色变化的主要成分是红色和绿色,而蓝色成分在体位间则无显著差异,但虽然如此,蓝色成分变化却是引起甜菜夜蛾幼虫个体间体色变化的主要成分。 Through the indoor rearing in same feed conditions,four individual color index values of the R(red),G(green),B(blue)and L(lightness)of electronic photos of the beet armyworm larvae of different length and different postures,were measured by means of the color recognition software,and the quantitative analysis of different characteristics of different length and postural changes in body color of the beet armyworm larvae was made.The results show that in the same kind of food material and the same environmental conditions beet armyworm larvae color changes in the general trend of the change between different lengths were no significant differences;but in the change between the different positions,there are significant differences.And distinct change in position between the main components of the body color is the red and the green and blue components is no significant difference between positions,but nevertheless,the blue component is a main component of variation between individuals of beet armyworm in color changes.
