武昌地区稻飞虱田间致害型监测

Biotype Determination of Brown Planthopper and White Back Planthopper in Wuchang

稻飞虱田间致害型监测是一项基础性工作。连续几年对武昌地区稻飞虱田间进行了致害型监测,结果表明,武昌地区褐飞虱致害型发生了明显变化,由原来的生物1、2型混合发生,逐渐向生物1、2、3型等多种生物型混合发生的趋势转变。武昌地区白背飞虱仅对含Wbph2基因的水稻有中等以上致害性,对含Wbph1基因水稻的致害亦有增强的趋势,基本维持在中等致害以下水平。及时掌握和了解田间稻飞虱致害型的变化对稻飞虱的有效治理及抗性育种有着十分重要的指导意义。

The determination of biotype is important and elemental.In this paper,the biotype of Brown planthopper(BPH)and White back planthopper(WBPH)in Wuchang have been determined for several years.The results indicate that the biotype of brown planthopper have an obvious change,from occurring with biotype 1 and 2 to occurring with biotype 1,2,3 and others.White back planthopper can damage the rice varieties with gene Wbphl and Wbphl.To grasp these chang timly will guide to pest control and resistant breeding.
