Spirotetramat is a kind of keto acid compounds whose mechanism is different from others.And it is a kind of modern pesticides with two-way absorption and conduction properties.This article reviewed advances in control of piercing-sucking insect pests with Spirotetramat,focusing on the different application methods of spirotetramat and control effects on different pests,in order to provide basis for better control of piercing-sucking insect pests.
