摘要
为阐明囊泡病毒[Heliothis virescens ascovirus 3h(HvAV-3h)]毒株的寄主范围,本文以含1.11×1011基因拷贝/mLHvAV-3h毒株的血淋巴通过针刺接种方式感染隶属于4科7属的8种鳞翅目昆虫幼虫,结果表明,HvAV-3h能感染夜蛾科和粉蝶科昆虫,但不能感染蚕蛾科和毒蛾科昆虫,其中对夜蛾科昆虫的致病性较强。
In order to explore the host ranges of Heliothis virescens ascovirus 3 h(HvAV-3h),the larvae of eight lepidopteran species belonging to 7 genera in 8 families were inoculated with HvAV—3h—containing hemolymph(1.11×1011 copies/mL).The result showed that HvAV-3h can infect noctuid and pierid larvae,but not infect bombycid and lymantrid larvae,and has the higher pathogenicity to noctuid larvae.
