摘要
臭氧是大气中的一种微量气体,具有很强的氧化性,可用于净化空气、漂白饮用水、食品杀菌等,由于易分解产生氧气,无残留污染,被称为绿色环保气体。本文综述了臭氧在粮油真菌毒素污染防控方面的应用及其作用原理、降解产物及其毒理学研究,为开展臭氧在粮油安全储藏领域中的应用提供借鉴,具有重要的指导意义。
Ozone is a trace gas with oxidizing in air,which can be used to clean air,drinking water and food sterilization.Ozone can decompose to oxygen with no residual contamination and is called green environmental protection gas.The paper had a detailed review about ozone application in preventing and degrading mycotoxinsy in garins,and its degrading products,also toxicology.This would provide references for further study on ozone application in practice,and had important guiding significance.
