摘要
桃小食心虫Carposina sasakii是我国北方落叶果树的重要害虫,为了明确该虫的昼夜活动节律,本文在20℃,23℃,26℃,29℃及光周期15h:9h(L:D)条件下对该虫幼虫脱果、成虫羽化、产卵及卵的孵化节律进行了观察研究。结果表明:桃小食心虫幼虫每日的脱果始于日出之际,脱果高峰期受温度影响较大;成虫的羽化主要集中在19:00—21:00,此时段羽化数占总数的50%;雌虫日产卵时间主要集中在21:00—1:00,高峰期产卵量占总卵量的70%;卵在上午孵化,孵化高峰期在6:00—8:00,此时段羽化数占总数的50%。
Peach fruit moth,Carposina sasakii Matsumura,is one of the most damaging pests in deciduous fruit orchard in Northeast China.In order to ascertain the circadian rhythm of this pest,we investigated the regularity of larva exciting fruit,adult eclosion,oviposition and egg hatching of C.sasakii in the laboratory under the conditions of 20,23,26,(29±1)℃,80%±7%RH and a photoperiod of 15L:9D(Light:Dark).The results indicated that larva exciting fruit start at sunrise and end at sunset,and the peak of larva exciting fruit vary with temperature.Daily adult eclosion was found onset after 16:00,with a peak occurred mainly during 19:00—21:00,female moth laid eggs during night and 70%eggs were laid at 21:00—1:00.Egg hatched mainly on morning and the hatching peaked during 6:00—8:00.
