Advances in Research and Utilization of Insects Fatty Acids

昆虫具有物种丰富、种群数量大等特征,作为生物资源具有广阔的应用前景和巨大的开发潜力。然而,昆虫作为一种重要的生物资源,尚未被充分地开发利用。本文对昆虫脂肪酸的研究与利用进展进行了综述,以期为昆虫脂肪酸的开发奠定基础。

Insects have many characteristics, such as diversity of species and great population amount. As biological resources, insects have wide application prospects and great development potential. However, insects which are important biological resources have not yet been fully exploited. This paper makes a comprehensive review of the fatty acid value of insects, which lays the foundation for the development of insect fatty acids.
