摘要
二化螟是水稻上的重要害虫之一,常以老熟幼虫滞育越冬。本文就二化螟滞育的生物学特性、生理生化及分子生物学等方面的研究作一系统概述,并展望了二化螟滞育研究的发展方向,旨在为水稻二化螟的预测预报及科学合理化防治提供理论支撑。
Rice stem borer, Chilo suppressalis,is one of the most destructive pests in rice plants, which can overwinter in rice stubble in the form of elder larvae. In this paper, we summarized systematically advances on the biological characteristics, physiology and biochemistry, and molecular biology and other aspects of diapause of C. suppressalis. And predicted the future research on molecular mechanism of C. suppressalis diapause, which can provide theoretical support for scientific and reasonable control of C. suppressalis.
