7种抗病毒制剂对蚜虫翅型分化等生物学的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Seven Antiviral Agents on Aphid Wing Dimorphism and Other Biological Parameters

摘要 为了明确抗病毒制剂使用对田间蚜虫的影响,采用微虫笼法评价了7种抗病毒制剂在推荐浓度下对蚜虫有翅蚜产生等生物学的影响。结果表明:7种抗病毒制剂对桃蚜和萝卜蚜成蚜无杀伤作用。7种抗病毒制剂对桃蚜F.代翅型分化无明显的促进或抑制作用;在20℃,氨基寡糖素处理后的萝卜蚜F1代中有翅蚜比例显著增加,而寡糖·链蛋白则是显著降低了子代中有翅蚜的比例。在25℃下,宁南霉素和盐酸吗啉胍均降低了萝卜蚜F1代有翅蚜的比例。在20℃下,氨基寡糖素和寡糖·链蛋白均缩短了桃蚜的发育历期,而在25℃条件下,寡糖·链蛋白和盐酸吗啉胍延长了桃蚜的发育历期。20℃下,盐酸吗啉胍延长萝卜蚜发育历期,25℃,宁南霉素、香菇多糖显著缩短萝卜蚜发育历期,而盐酸吗啉胍则延长萝卜蚜发育历期。在20℃下,吗胍·乙酸铜增加了桃蚜的产仔数,而葡聚多糖则减少了桃蚜的产仔数。在25℃下,宁南霉素减少了桃蚜的产仔数。在20℃下,7种抗病毒制剂均显著减少了萝卜蚜的产仔数,而25℃,氨基寡糖素、吗胍·乙酸铜、宁南霉素、香菇多糖、盐酸吗淋胍则是增加了萝卜蚜的产仔数。 In order to clarify the effects of anti-viral agent application on aphids, we have evaluated seven anti-viral agents on production of winged aphids and other biological impacts of aphids with micro insect cage method at the recommended concentration of each anti-viral agent. The result shows that: seven kinds of anti-viral agents had no lethal effect on Myzus persicae(Sulzer)and Lipaphis erysimi(Kaltenbach). Seven antiviral agents had no significant positive or negative effects on wing dimorphism of M. persicae F, generations. At 20℃, amino oligosaccharins significantly increased the proportion of winged aphids in F1 generations of L. erysimi. However, amino oligosaccharins chain protein significantly reduced the proportion of winged aphids. At 25℃, ningnanmycin and moroxydine hydrochloride decreased the proportion of winged aphids in F, generations of L. erysimi. At 20 ℃, amino oligosaccharins and Amino oligosaccharins Chain protein shortened the development duration of M. persicae. At 25 ℃, amino oligosaccharins chain protein and moroxydine hydrochloride extended the developmental duration of M. persicae. At 20℃, moroxydine hydrochloride extended the developmental duration of L. erysimi. At 25 ℃, ningnanmycin, significantly shortened the developmental duration of L. erysimi. On the contrary, moroxydine hydrochloride extended the developmental duration of L. erysimi. At 20 ℃, moroxydine copper acetate increased litter size of M. persicae, and dextran polysaccharide reduced litter size of M. persicae. At 25℃, ningnanmycin reduced litter size of M. persicae. At 20 ℃, seven antiviral agents significantly reduced litter size of L. erysimi, and at 25℃, amino oligosaccharins,moroxydine copper acetate, ningnanmycin, lentinan and moroxydine hydrochloride increased the litter size of L. erysimi
