摘要
本文以斜纹夜蛾Spodoptera litura和甜菜夜峨Spodoptera exiua幼虫为寄主,探讨了斯氏侧沟茧蜂Microplitis similis的繁殖效率及策略。结果表明,在胁迫条件下,随着单位时间的增加,斯氏侧沟茧蜂的寄生率不断提高,当寄生时间达到4h时,斜纹夜蛾幼虫的被寄生率达到67.50%以上。亲代雄蜂日龄对子代蜂数量无显著性影响,但对雌雄比有显著性差异。连续传代实验显示雌蜂数随子代数的增加而增加。本研究的结果旨在为大量寄生蜂提供科学依据。
Microplitis similis is an important parasitic wasp on noctuid larvae. In this paper,its reproductive efficiency and strategy were studied on the larvae of Spodoptera litura and S.exigua. The results showed that the parasitism rate was increased with the unit time under the stress condition. When the time of parasitism reached 4 h, the parasitism rate of Spodoptera litura was more than 67. 50%. The age of parental male was no significant influence with the number of offspring, and significant influence with the sex ratio. In the continuous passage culture experiments of parasitoids, the number of female wasps increased with the increase of sub-algebra. The results of this study are intended to provide a scientific basis for the large number of parasitic wasps.
