湖北玉米害虫发生规律及防治

Occurrence Rule and Prevention Methods of Maize Insect Pests in Hubei Province

玉米已成湖北省第三大粮食作物,但产量远低于全国平均水平。虫害问题是玉米稳产、高产的限制因素之一。本文通过分析湖北襄阳等12个玉米种植区虫害的发生情况,初步明确了本省主要害虫种类及发生规律,并提出了相应防治措施,为害虫综合治理提供依据。湖北玉米害虫主要种类为:亚洲玉米螟、高粱条螟、桃蛀螟、斜纹夜蛾、黏虫、棉铃虫、玉米蚜、玉米黄尾球跳甲等。生产上应采取农业防治和生物防治为主、化学防治为辅的综合防治措施。

Maize is the third largest food crop in Hubei province, but the output is far below the level of national average. Pest is one of the limiting factors of high and stable yield of corn. By investigation the pests in Xiangyang and other major corn producing areas in Hubei province, the main pests and occurrence rule were defined preliminarily. Control measures of major pests were also described in this study. The results should provide important scientific basis for formulizing insect pest control strategies and integrated pest management methods in maize. Main corn pests in Hubei province were Ostrinia furnacalis Guence, Proceras venosata Walker, Dichocrocis punctiferalis Guence, Prodenia litara Fabricius, Mythimna separata Walker, Heliothis armigera Hubner, Rhopalosiphum maidis Fitch and Sphaeroderma apicale Baly. According to the rules that pests appear in maize, its management tactics chiefly undertake agricultural and biological prevention and cure and secondly by chemical control.
