摘要
应用扫描电镜(SEM)对石楠盘粉虱Aleurodicus photiniana Young伪蛹的超微形态特征进行了初步研究。石楠盘粉虱蛹壳在背部两侧有4对凹形蜡腺孔,尾部有1对圆形蜡腺孔。皿状孔半圆形,舌状突十字形,盖片近梯形,覆盖孔的2/3。超微形态特征为粉虱的鉴定提供了可靠的理论参考。
The ultra-morphological characteristics of pupae of Aleurodicus photiniana Young was observed with scanning electron microscope(SEM).Pupa case possesses 4 pairs subdorsal compound wax concave pores.A Pair of round simple pore in the caudal end.Vasifonn orifice semicircle.Lingule crisserossed extending beyond vasifonn orifice.Qperculum subtrapezoid,filling twothiirds of orifice.The ultra-morphological characteristics provided dependable reference to taxonomy for whitefly.
