植物抗虫性的诱导及病毒诱导作用研究现状 被引量:1

摘要 植物的诱导抗虫基因主要有防御蛋白基因类、防御物质合成基因类、信号途径基因类。植物诱导抗虫基因的表达主要受外界胁迫因子及植物体内生化因子调控。病毒诱导植物对害虫抗性的研究主要是研究病毒影响植物对媒介昆虫的抗性,而病毒影响植物对非媒介昆虫的抗性的研究很少;不同植物种类的生理生化性质不同,对病毒诱导植物抗不同类型昆虫的分子机制仍需要广泛深入研究。 The induced insect-resistant genes in plants are classified into three categories,which are defense genes,defense compound synthesis genes and signal pathway genes.The expression of induced insect-resistant genes is regulated by external stress factors and biochemical factors in plants.The research of virus-induced plant resistance to pests is mainly to study the effects of viruses on plant resistance to vector insects,and little research on the effects of viruses on plants against non-vector insects;The physiological and biochemical properties of different plant species are different,and the molecular mechanism of virus-induced plant resistance to different types of insects still needs extensive and deep research.
