不同浓度噻唑膦防治香蕉根结线虫病效果 被引量:1

Thiazole Phosphine in the Prevention and Control of Banana Root Knot Nematode and the Optimal Concentration of Study

摘要 通过不同的噻唑膦浓度来对作物进行田间试验,将噻唑膦按照1 000倍液、1 500倍液、2 000倍液的浓度进行配药,分别作用在试验对象上,后期针对试验结果筛选出防治线虫的最佳浓度。结果显示:噻唑膦1 000倍液的死虫率达到74%、噻唑膦1 500倍液的死虫率达到93%、噻唑膦2 000倍液的死虫率达到62%。因此在防治香蕉根结线虫上噻唑膦药液的最适浓度为1 500倍液。 The banana plant root knot nematodes is harm to the one of the main pests.Root knot nematodes normal length is 0.1-0.5 mm,difficult to observe to the naked eye.Main corrosion in the soil of root knot nematodes banana plant roots and make the root of the banana rot or tumor formation and prevent the absorption of nutrients,led to the deaths of withering leaves became brown and the plant.Thiazole phosphine is currently on the market one of the main agents,prevention and control of root knot nematodes by root,flooding make its role in the root systems of crops,kill nematodes in order to achieve the purpose of prevention and control.This article mainly through different thiazole phosphine concentration to field experiment,the crops will thiazole phosphonic according to 1 000 times,1 500 times,2 000 times the concentration of dispensing,respectively on the subjects,the late for prevention and control of the results out optimal concentration of nematodes.The result shows:the thiazole phosphonic 1 000 times liquid rate reached 74%,the death of thiazole phosphonic 1 500 times liquid rate reached 93%,the death of thiazole phosphonic 2 000 times liquid dead insect rate reached 62%.So on the prevention and control of root knot nematodes banana thiazole phosphonic solution of the optimum concentration for 1 500 times.
