摘要
讨论了激光共焦扫描显微镜的三维超分辨率成像特性 ,通过实验论证了在理论分析上所具有的三维超分辨率成像特性 .理论分析和实验结果表明这种新的显微系统可以成高分辨率的二维层析图像并重构成三维图像 .
The 3D super resolution imaging characteristics of Confocal Scanning Optical Microscopy system is discussed. The CSOM system with the excellent 3D super resolution characteristics is proved through experiments. The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the CSOM system can offer high resolution 2D tomographic image and reconstruct 3D image.
