典型垃圾组份混烧对重金属迁移规律的影响

Effect on heavy mental behaviors through co-combustion of MSW

摘要 借助管式炉实验系统,在850℃下研究了新闻纸和竹筷中添加不同比例的垃圾袋、PVC管、织物及橡胶对重金属镉、铅、锌和铜迁移规律的影响.实验结果表明:混烧不同组份的垃圾后,底灰中镉的质量分数变化范围为5.2×10-7~2.28×10-6,铅的质量分数范围为4.607×10-5~9.451 1×10-4,锌的质量分数范围为2.426×10-4~3.920 0×10-2,而铜的质量分数范围为7.343×10-5~2.575 9×10-4;各混烧情况下底灰中镉、铅和残存率分别低于15%和50%,铜的残存率高于45%,而不同工况下锌残存率变化较大. The behaviors of Cd,Pb,Zn and Cu were investigated in the different compositions of disposable bamboo chopsticks,paper,garbage bags,PVC pipe,textile and tire at 850℃ in a lab-scale tube furnace.After co-combustion,the concentration of Cd is between 5.2×10-7 and 2.28×10-6.As to Pb,the concentration in the bottom ash is 4.607×10-5~9.451 1×10-4.For Cu,the concentration is 7.343×10-5~2.575 9×10-4.While,the concentration of Zn is 2.426×10-4~3.920 0×10-2 and the retention rate of Zn differs at different condition.The retention rae of Cd abd Pb are bellow 15% and 50%,and the retention rate of Cu is all above 45%.The result shows that different fuel mixtures greatly influence the migration of heavy mental.
