高压断路器操动机构动力学特性联合仿真研究 被引量:5

Study on dynamic characteristic of operating mechanism of high voltage circuit breaker based on co-simulation

摘要 基于联合仿真方法,建立了包含传动机构动力学模型与液压系统仿真模型的高压断路器操动机构联合仿真模型.以液压操动高压断路器为研究对象,搭建工程实验测试平台,并测量了液压操动断路器在分合闸操动下动触头及液压推杆的位移特性,通过与工程实验数据的对比,验证了联合仿真模型的准确性与适用性.基于所建立的联合仿真模型,分析了液压系统不同初始油压下的断路器操动机构的动力学特性.研究结果表明:当液压系统油压为44~49 MPa时,能够优化断路器操动时间和传动机构运动的平稳性. Based on the co-simulation method,a co-simulation model for the operating mechanism of high voltage circuit breaker was established,which contains the dynamic model of the transmission mechanism and the simulation model of hydraulic system.Furthermore,hydraulic-operating high voltage circuit breaker was chosen as studied object,and an experimental system was set up to measure the displacement of the moving contact and hydraulic push rod during the opening and closing operation of the high voltage circuit breaker.Comparing the result of co-simulation model with the data obtained from the experiment,the co-simulation model was proved to be reliable and feasible.Finally,the dynamic characteristic of the operating mechanism under different level of initial oil pressure was carried out through the co-simulation model.The obtained simulation results indicate that when the proper initial oil pressure at 44~49 MPa,the time and the stability of operation can be further optimized.
