摘要
为了对对转舵桨的节能特性进行深入分析,以面元法为基础建立了对转舵桨水动力性能预报模型.对转舵桨的前桨、后桨和吊舱之间的相互扰动通过诱导速度来分析,诱导速度由面元法计算获得.为了便于对比分析,采用相同的预报模型对相应常规单桨的水动力性能进行计算.计算结果表明:在模型尺度下,对转舵桨在设计工况下所产生的推力略小于单桨,通过调整前后桨转速可使对转舵桨产生和单桨相同的推力;在产生相同推力的前提下,当前后桨转速比为1.016时,对转舵桨收到功率相对单桨减小10.8%.
In order to have a deep investigation about the energy saving characteristic of contra-rotating azimuth propulsor,the hydrodynamic performance prediction model of the contra-rotating azimuth propulsor was established based on the surface panel method.The interferences among the forward propeller,rear propeller and the pod were analyzed through induced velocities which were calculated by surface panel method.For better comparison analysis,the hydrodynamic performance of a conventional single propeller was also calculated through the same prediction model.Calculation results show that,on the design condition,the thrust of the contra-rotating azimuth propulsor at model scale is smaller than that of the single propeller.The contra-rotating azimuth propulsor can produce the same thrust with the single propeller by adjusting the rotational speeds of the forward and rear propellers.When the rotational speed ratio of forward and rear propellers is 1.016,the delivered power of the contra-rotating azimuth propulsor decreases by 10.8%on the condition that the same thrust is generated.
