摘要
为了研究弹丸、摇架与轴向运动身管耦合系统的振动特性,根据哈密顿原理推导出移动弹丸激励下身管和摇架系统的振动方程,采用修正的伽辽金法将时变方程离散,运用四阶龙格-库塔法进行数值计算,结合算例验证了方程的正确性,研究了摇架和弹丸的惯性效应对身管振动特性的影响.研究结果表明:所建立的含摇架的耦合系统模型可以综合考虑摇架角运动和扰动力矩的影响,丰富了身管振动影响因素的研究内容;增大弹丸加速度和减小弹丸质量偏心距有利于减小炮口振动响应.
To study the vibration characteristics of the coupling system between projectile,cradle and axially moving barrel,the equation was derived based on Hamilton principle.Using the modified Galerkin method and four order Runge-Kutta method,the time-varying equation was discretized and solved.Considering the verified equation,the inertia effect influences of cradle and projectile on barrel vibration characteristics were analyzed.Results show that establishing a coupled system with cradle makes it possible to account for the influences of cradle angular motion and disturbance torque,enriching the contents of the influence factors in barrel vibration research;increasing the projectile acceleration and decreasing the measurement of the projectile with mass-unbalance are both helpful to reduce the muzzle vibration responses.
