市场结构、价格竞争力与我国水果出口增长 被引量:8

摘要 通过恒定市场份额(CMS)模型和价格指数模型,分析我国水果出口增长的动力以及有效避开生产成本上升的不利影响。结果表明,劳动力成本上升导致我国水果出口中传统的价格优势逐渐丧失,从而导致竞争力对我国水果出口增长的贡献率急速下降并接近于零;我国与东盟各国全面建立自由贸易区,迅速开拓东盟市场,调整出口市场结构的举措极大地促进了我国水果出口增长,并且掩盖了竞争力下降的不良影响。据此,提出政府应该加大农业基础设施和机械化科研投入,引导科研组织培育市场需求增长较快的品种,加快自贸区建设进程等建议。 This paper uses CMS model and Price Index model to analyze the power source of China's fruit export growth and how to avoid the disadvantageous effect of production cost increase.The result shows that rising of labor cost results in the loss of price advantage of fruit export which leads to sharp zero contribution rate from competitiveness to China's fruit export growth.At the same time,measures such as the establishment of CAFTA,quick development of ASEAN market and adjustment of export market structure have significantly promoted China's fruit export growth and covered the disadvantageous effect caused by declining competitiveness.Therefore,this paper proposes that governments should increase the investment in agricultural infrastructure and scientific and technological mechanization,guide research organizations to foster varieties with the rapid growing of market demand and quicken the construction of free trade areas.
