超声引导下压迫修复假性动脉瘤

Repair of pseudoaneurysms by manual compression under the ultrasound guidance

目的 评价超声引导下手指压迫修复股动脉假性动脉瘤的疗效。方法 因心脏介入诊断与治疗引起的股动脉假性动脉瘤9例,在超声定位引导下,以手指压迫股动脉与假性动脉瘤之间的异常通道进行修复。结果 8例均一次压迫成功,一例2次重复压迫成功,平均压迫时间26±6分钟,无并发症及复发。结论 超声引导下压迫导管操作引起的假性动脉瘤是一种安全可靠的方法。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of repair of pseudoaneurysms by manual compression under the ultrasound guidance. Methods Under the guidance of the ultrasound , we repaired 9 femoral postcatheterization pseudoaneuryzms by manual compression of the abnormal passage between the artery and pseudoaneurysm. Results Eight patients pseudoaneuryzms were repaired by single compression, one patient' s pseu-dozneuryzm was repaired by two compressions. The mean compression duration was 26 ± 6 minutes. All patients repaired without compliance and re-currance. Conclusion Repair the psuedoaneuryzm by manual compression under ultrasound guidance is a simple, safe and effective method.
