摘要
目的 探讨了吸毒者红细胞免疫功能的变化及其脂质过氧化的关系。方法 应用红细胞酵母花环法测定55例吸毒者红细胞免疫功能和化学比色法测定血浆丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—PX)含量,并以35名正常健康人作对照。结果 吸毒者RBC—IC花环率和MDA明显升高(P<O.05~O.01),而RBCC3b—RR、SOD、GSH—PX、SOD/MDA低于正常(P<0.01),相关分析显示:RBC—C3b花环与MDA呈显著负相关(r=—O.431 5,P<0.05),RBC—ICR与MDA呈正相关(r=O.536 8,P<0.05)。结论吸毒者红细胞免疫黏附功能降低,与活性氧代谢紊乱密切相关。
Objective To study the red blood cell immunity and to assess the relationship between red blood cell immunity and lipid peraxidution (LP) with toxicomaniac. Methods The red blood cell C3b receptor (RBC-C3bRR)and red blood cell immune complex rosette (RBC-ICR) were measured in 55 patients with toxicomaniac and 35 normal controls,the levels of malondialdehyde (MDA) ,superoxidase (SOD)and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) were measured by chemocol-orimetry. Results RBC-ICR and MDA levels were significantly highter in patients with toxicomaniac than in normal con-trol(P<0. 05 - 0. 01),while RBC-C3bRR,SOD,GSH-PX,SOD/MDA ratio were significantly lower in patients with toxicomaniac than in normal controls (P< 0. 01). On the contrary, the contents of malondialdohyde were significantly increased , RBC-ICR was positively correlated with MDA. Conclusion The lowed red cell immune adhension function was closely associated with the lipid peroxidation injury in toxicomaniac.
