摘要
在绿色低碳环保的大环境下,以一种新颖的视角研究班轮航线配船问题.在全球致力于环保减排的大趋势下,碳的排放权也必将成为一种稀缺资源,随着航运业碳税机制的逐步引入,由于碳税成本的增加,将碳税成本考虑进班轮航线配船优化模型中显得非常必要.文章在经典配船模型的基础上建立了班轮航线配船新模型,推导出船舶燃耗与船舶往返航次时间、航次成本及年航次数之间的数学关系式,并在碳排放约束条件下进行了优化.并通过算例用LINGO软件对模型进行求解.研究表明:考虑碳排放约束和碳税征收因素后,可以为在班轮的碳排放量有限量的情况进行配船优化,满足客户的需求且使船队盈利.
This paperstudy on fleet deployment question for Liners basing on green and low carbon environmental protection in a novel perspective.In the trend of global commitment toenvironmental protection and emission reduction,the rights of carbon emissions will also become a kind of scarce resources,with the carbon tax mechanism of shipping industry was introduced gradually,due to the increase in the carbon tax cost,the carbon tax costs considerations into the fleet deployment optimization model is very necessary.This paper establishes a new model of fleet deployment based on the classical model,deduced the mathematical relationship between oil consumption and round-trip time,voyage cost and the voyage times,and optimized in carbon emission constraint conditions.And through an exampleto solve the model by using Lingo.Research result shows that:After considering the constraints of carbon emission and carbon taxfactors,fleet deployment for liners can be achieved and optimized with limited carbon emissions situation,meet the needs of the customers and make profits for the company.
