摘要
近年来,随着高校快速发展,高校间的交流和学校方面引入外包服务人员作为补充已经成为常态.为了确保校外人员在校内工作生活的顺利开展,为其提供校园一卡通服务已经成为一卡通工作的重要组成部分.本文提出一种基于数据交换的校外人员校园一卡通申请方案.该方案在规范校外人员办卡流程的同时,解决了校园一卡通系统和网络信息管理系统间校外人员信息数据不一致问题,实现了对校外人员信息的统一管理.
With the rapid development of colleges and universities recent years,it has become more frequent for scholar exchanges and more common for university to employ casual staff.To make these non-school staff smoothly carry out teaching and researching work,E-card service should be provided to them as well,which is an important component of the E-card management.A method of E-card application for non-school staff based on data exchange is proposed in this paper,with which the process of nonschool staff's application to E-card is standardized.The method also resolves the problem of non-school staff information discrepancy between E-card system and network information management system.Consequently,the information of non-school staff is put into unified management.
