智慧食堂建设作为智慧校园建设的重要组成部分成为人们关注的课题,本文介绍了复旦大学在智慧食堂建设中的新探索,以校园一卡通为基础,开发出智慧点餐系统.该系统借助移动互联网、触屏点餐等新技术,改变了现行校园食堂的消费运行模式,通过师生就餐消费过程数据的采集与分析,可有效促进服务与管理的双提升.

The canteen management is an important component of Wisdom Campus project.It introduces the exploration and practice of intelligent canteen management based on smartcard system in Fudan University.It develops a smart ordering system utilizing Mobile Internet technology,touch screen technology,etc.The system gathers ordering process data of the customers and analyzes these data to support the decision making.With the system,the canteen service quality can be improved greatly.
