摘要
高校食堂是大学生主要的就餐场所,排队问题不可避免.本文就华东师范大学食堂就餐问题,运用排队论的知识建立排队模型.根据食堂消费记录结合食堂出入口的人流统计系统,拟合回归,估计食堂所有窗口的平均排队时间.学生可以实时查询,自行选择就餐时间,实现错峰就餐,充分利用有限的食堂资源.
The college canteens are students'mainly dinning place,therefore the queuing phenomenon is inevitable.This paper focused on the queuing problem of East China Normal University,applied the queuing theory to establish a queuing model.In accordance to the consumption data of canteen,combined with the people counting system at the canteen's entrance,the study conducted fitting and regression to estimate the average waiting time.The estimated results are presented to students timely,hence they could select the meal time on their own.The purpose of this research is to provide a measure for peak-alternation regulation and averting during the mealtime,make full use of the limited resources of college canteen.
