摘要
校园一卡通作为校内的身份凭证,给师生带来了很大的便利,但是随着师生对业务质量要求的不断提升,当前校园卡业务办理方式已无法满足.本文以某高校校外人员就餐卡办理和门禁授权为例,对现存的办理方式和相关业务环节进行了优化与融合,成功解决了业务流程中浪费时间、办事难、用户体验差等问题,从而提升了师生的整体满意度.
As identity certificate,the campus card has brought much convenience for teachers and students.However,the current business process redundancies are not enough to meet the needs of the improving demands quality.In this paper,taking the case of campus cards for outsiders and entrance authorization,the process redundancies on line is optimized and integrated,which brings more convenience without wasting time in the process and suffering from staff's temper.Eventually,it greatly enhances the user experience.
