摘要
日本于1995年开始调查研究并实施了中小学辅导员机制。经过二十一年的演变,日本中小学辅导员运行模式逐渐完善并取得了一定的成效。本文通过深入分析日本中小学辅导员机制的产生背景、选聘和研修模式、工作对象和日常工作,以期为改革与完善我国中小学心理咨询制度提供有益的借鉴。
Japan began to investigate and implement the mechanism of primary and secondary school counselors in 1995.After twenty-one years of evolution,Japan’s primary and secondary school counselors operating mode has gradually improved and achieved some results.By analyzing the mechanism of counselors in Japanese schools background,hiring and training mode,work and daily work,in order to provide a useful reference for the reform and improvement of psychological consultation system in primary and middle schools in china.
