近20年杭州近代工业遗产学术研究回顾与思考

本文在国内外大背景下来分析杭州工业遗产的研究现状,进而理清杭州地区在不同时期对工业遗产保护、研究与利用方面的成果和仍未深入的研究领域。总体来看,目前杭州工业遗产已进行了细致的普查,保护和立法也较为完善,对工业遗产再利用的探讨有较多涉及,如围绕旅游体验、创意园区和景观设计等角度对杭州工业遗产进行利用,但从文化遗产学或建筑学视角出发的基于杭州工业遗产和工业建筑本身的体系、价值、特点和区域背景研究较少,加强此方面研究可以明确杭州近代工业遗产保护与利用的方向与重点。

This study not only analyses the development of Hangzhou industrial heritage protection and researches,but also reviews the domestic and foreign industrial heritage protection theory and the development of China’s industrial heritage research and protectioa Overall,detailed investigations on industrial heritage of Hangzhou have been done and the protection and legislation have been improved.The re-use of industrial heritage is discussed to be carried out in numerous ways,such as travelling experience,creative parks and landscape design,etc.But the researches from the perspective of cultural heritage,architecture and the regional context(values,systems and characteristics of modern industrial buildings)are far from enough.
