超连通度,社交媒体与博物馆的身份危机——线上知识经济热潮中的博物馆公众策略

摘要 2018年国际博物馆日的主题指出了通信科技与博物馆公众策略之间的联系。本文旨在冷静分析近年来文博行业对社交媒体的热烈应用,通过区分连通性和连通度两个概念,明确博物馆无可替代的行业优势。本文指出,博物馆应当冷静善用社交媒体,依托核心资产—场所、展品和社会联系,稳步推进公众策略。博物馆想要在线上知识经济的冲击下继续保持活力,就必须调整打造以市民为本的横向资源体系。 The theme of International Museum Day 2018 points at the convergence of information technology and museum’s public strategies.This article examines the latest trend among museums in China of using social media in self-promotion.By separating connectedness from connectivity,this article contends that despite the inflated number of online followers,the irreplaceable assets of museum remain the same–physical space,authentic collection,and social connections.Facilitated by the prevalence of social media,visitors can be converted into interpreters who adds information to the collection;museum could be turned into community center.It is through this realignment of resources into a citizen-based horizontal pattern that museums stay relevant in the age of online knowledge economy.
