An Examination of the Relations between the West Lake Landscapes and the Scholars and Officials’ Activities in Gushan Hill

南宋时期文人士大夫在孤山的雅集活动,造就了孤山独特的文化空间。本文以孤山为例,从雅集的人事活动与西湖景观的营建,解析这一文化空间的形成原因,探究湖上的景观营建与文人雅集之间的相互关系,及对后世西湖景观与西湖文化的影响。

Gushan Hill was the place where scholars and officials gathered for activities like chanting poetry,debating and exchanging thoughts in Southern Song Dynasty,which,as a result,has formed a unique cultural space there.This study investigates the formation of this cultural space,and the relations between the scholar official assembly and the landscapes at West Lake.In the end,the paper summarizes the influence of the Gushan Hill Assembly.
