大别山在中国革命历史中曾经发挥过重要的作用。在丰富的革命历史实践中逐渐形成的大别山精神,具有很强的地域特色和时代特征,是中国革命精神的组成部分。梳理'大别山精神'形成发展的历史脉络,凝炼大别山精神主要内蕴,挖掘其当代价值,对传承和弘扬党的优良传统作风、充实革命传统教育内容、不断提升其时代影响力具有重要作用,并为革命老区的振兴提供思想保证、精神动力和智力支持。

Dabieshan,one of the famous old revolutionary base areas,also known as the hometown of the Red Army and the cradle of the generals,has played a very important role in the history of China’s revolution.Dabieshan spirit,gradually formed during the process of revolution and a constituent of China’s revolutionary spirits,has a strong regional feature and the characteristic of the times.This paper focuses on clarifying the process of its forming and development,exploring the feasible approach of this clarification,refining the intrinsic significance of this spirit and excavating its contemporary values.In doing so,the author aims to inherit and carry forward the fine traditions of the Party,to enrich the content of traditional revolutionary education,to expand the influence of Dabieshan Spirit,and also to provide an ideological guarantee,a spiritual power and an intellectual support for the revitalization of the old revolutionary base areas.
