摘要
西方软实力理论和中国文化软实力理论为提升红色文化国际影响力提供了理论基础,但在实践中,中国红色文化建设向来忽略其对外维度。'一带一路'倡议是新时代中国提出的关于自身发展和全球治理的新方案,为扩大红色文化国际影响力提供了新的契机。在这一新历史时期,红色文化经历长时间的沉积后,厚积薄发,找到了其提升机会。为此,提升红色文化国际影响力应着力积极发挥红色文化各主体作用,充分兼顾受众特点和需求,创新红色文化传播新方式和路径。
The Western theory of soft power and soft power theory of Chinese cultural provide theoretical basis for enhancing the international influence of red culture,but in practice,the construction of Chinese red culture has always ignored its external dimension.The'Belt and Road'initiative is a new plan for China’s own development and the global governance in the new era,thus providing a new opportunity for red culture to enhance its international influence.In order for this enhancement to take place,we should give full play to the main role of red culture,give full consideration to the characteristics and needs of the audience,and innovate ways to spread red culture to the world.
